The headphones worked fine for a while. As for the microphone, it has been dropping out more or less since I bought the device, it just didn't manifest itself as it did after more than a year of use - the microphone started to drop more often, even during a call. When I put it into warranty, because a few months before the end of the warranty, the bass/eggs started to fall out, Alza initially returned the product to me in the same condition as when I sent it in for warranty, i.e. with microphone and sound dropouts, and after another complaint, the headphones started rattling as soon as I moved the microphone. But the glitches seemed to have been more or less fixed, but after a couple of weeks it became apparent that the headphones were in worse shape rather than better, as although the bass/vocals had stopped dropping out, but as far as the microphone was concerned, now people could hear me as if I was speaking from a distance with a strong microphone rasp. If you want to spend money on quality headphones, hands off these, even service will break your headphones even more: )

After a year and a half the contacts in the headphones started to go bad -> either only the highs or only the bass could be heard
Alza was not able to fix the defects even after 2 complaints, after the 3rd one I could not send it back for complaint because the 2-year warranty expired
After the 2nd complaint, the contacts in the headphones were indeed "fixed", that the bass/treble stopped dropping out, but I always hear a rattle when I move the microphone and the microphone has not been fixed at all, rather it is even worse than before, because when I talk to someone, they hear a strong rattling of the microphone and me, as if I am talking from a great distance!
And the biggest negative is probably the price, because the quality of the device is terrible

I am evaluating after 45 months of using these headphones. The sound is excellent (must be set up correctly via the app), the microphone also achieves good quality. I've never had a problem with anyone complaining that I can't hear, drop out or anything like that. At the time, I also searched for headphones based on whether they could be used while charging (not all headsets can do that, unfortunately). Personally, it fits well on my barrel and I have been very happy with this headset. Today, however, my microphone stopped working in the middle of a call and wouldn't turn on. I.e. For me, as a user who uses this headset on a daily basis for most of the day (I also use it at work for calls and at home for gaming) the headset had a lifespan of 4 years, which is not bad. (with the caveat that it is still usable for listening to music). The only more annoying problem I've dealt with for a long time is that when I turn off the microphone by sliding it up, it never unblocks again until one reboots the headset, including pulling it out and tucking the receiver into the USB. This ONLY happens if you have the LG Hub software installed (which you need to set up audio or other LG devices). For this to work properly, "noise reduction" must be turned off, which is a useful feature that cannot be used here. Well, that's about all I can think of right now: )
