The family got used to it immediately, no more dealing with forgotten keys or worrying about losing them. It works absolutely reliably, and we use the fingerprint reader to unlock the door most, where you just lightly press your finger and it opens in two seconds. We don't use automatic locking, we've been used to locking the door all our lives only when the last member of the household leaves the apartment and we go away for a long time. We are therefore satisfied that this function can be deactivated and that there is a dedicated lock button on the keyboard. The last one to leave just presses the lock symbol on the keypad instead of using the key to lock it - done. The door is then unlocked for the first arrival and the latch is opened for the next arrival. I believe that this way of use could be more friendly to the electric motor, on the one hand, there should be lower battery consumption and on the other hand, there could be less wear and tear and therefore longer functioning of the whole device than when it is constantly unlocking-locking again and again.
A lot of music for little money (everything in the package, no need to buy anything - keyboard including fingerprint reader, HUB for remote access)
Multiple access options - code, fingerprint, mobile app (including integration into Google Home), still functional key as a backup solution (must have a BSZ pass-through connector)
Functional even if the wifi/electricity in the house is down (only remote access does not work in such a situation)
Compared to competing solutions, there is a dedicated button on the keypad to lock the door (without the need to authorise with a fingerprint or code) - a must if you don't want to use automatic locking
I don't want to prejudge, according to the discussions I'm afraid that the whole family will get used to the convenience, after 6 months the motor will stop working and no one will get into the apartment (however, this is not the only type of automatic lock where people complain about it)

Then 2 payments appeared on the bill. and 2 pieces of merchandise arrived. Fortunately I have a use for the second piece, otherwise I would have had to return it. But the practice of ALZA is a strange one. Be vigilant!
The product works well with the mobile app. Failed to pair my keyboard, partly my fault. I've been communicating for 3 weeks with support at the manufacturer-they have to unblock the bad pairing with the software manager in order to do the pairing again. It takes a little time, but on the other hand it shows that the application is very well protected from abuse. You won't find a solution to the problem on the Alza forum. You must not reinstall the application on your mobile phone without unpairing the keyboard or other accessories.
