I was deciding between the ROG Ally and the Legion Go, of course. Lenovo won due to its more versatile use and larger display, which makes it much more comfortable to navigate Windows and e.g. in MS Office. The ability to make a mouse out of the right controller is very useful. I was a bit worried about the workmanship, but it is really top-notch - nothing creaks and everything looks very solid and solid. Lenovo's software is crap and hopefully they will improve it soon. I don't worry too much about battery life because personally I'm usually connected to the mains. Anyway, for the casual gamer who doesn't have a lot of time to play on the PC, this is the perfect product because you can take it pretty much anywhere. The price is a bit higher than the Ally, but there was a very high quality case right in the package, so it kind of makes up for it. I definitely recommend it.

Except for the Legion Space, which caused me problems in games and the inability to turn off the haptic response (annoying sound) when playing or using the touchpad, I am satisfied. Performance is a blast, battery life also looks OK so far, connecting two external 4k monitors also works as it should, I have no reservations about the device as such, it's just a looker. I am comparing this with a steam deck OLED device, and I have to say that the power/performance settings are a big plus on this one. Being natively made with Windows I had no problems with the drivers and connecting external displays works beautifully without any headache, while SteamDeck with Windows has some driver issues with big / wide resolution displays. I know it is not the 2nd generation of the devices for which I would encourage most to wait for, as 32GB of RAM and the newer CPU rumored would make a difference. The community has created though plenty of 3D printable accessories, and for those who would like to keep the controllers separately, I do recommend getting a controller's charger whenever they can (those are not too many in the market). Overall, it's a great device well worth the money.
