after switching on they play for about a minute, then the sound starts to chop and stops playing completely as if they switched off. but the opposite is true, they're still on and connected to the phone just can't hear anything. then I tried turning Bluetooth off and on on my phone. it didn't help, as soon as I took the headphones out of the box the left one connected and the right one was deaf. and here's the fun part, according to the app it showed me that the left one was off (the one that was playing) and that the right one was on. then they were no longer paired. I would expect that if I give so much money for headphones from such a brand that at least they will work but unfortunately. I wish they still made the old wave 200, I had them for 3 years and they survived 2x washing machine and 6x fall from scaffolding. For me, I definitely do not recommend buying these headphones.
