This service is problematic. The deadline was practically met, I wouldn't have minded a few extra days if everything was OK, but it wasn't. No opportunity to speak to a technician, so radiator heat sink mounted on the front wall instead of up, lighting effect interferes with the mounting fitting that goes over the fans, all the technician had to do was call and arrange for a different box or radiator. The ARGB light switch on the box is not working. But the worst is that the pc has not been properly tested, the BIOS boots in 20s, it should in a matter of seconds, the pc boots in 30s and wakes up from sleep mode in 15s. For a pc with the components I have chosen, these times should be about a third. Several days of troubleshooting with the help of an expert, so far no result. So the conclusion - Alza builds the pc relatively well mechanically, but you can't agree on anything, so there may be purely technical imperfections that could be changed when you agree, the product is not properly tested and tuned. Alza claims to be testing everything, but apparently leaves some things unnoticed if the device is relatively functional. So it depends on the luck of the particular piece, I don't recommend it, better to have it assembled by a company with a guarantee of perfect tuning. I'm gonna have more trouble with this.

The parts inspection was not done properly (the fan was paid for and sent twice). Alza makes a dead bug and does not respond to the complaint (request for a refund with the fact that the uninstalled fan will be returned). Another problem is that they used USB peg connectors instead of the keyboard and mouse connectors that were used about 20 years ago. Apparently they were cleaning out their warehouse at the expense of their customers! Of course, as in the previous case, they don't respond to complaints at all! A final note, I have been urging the settlement of both complaints for two months!

Please note that if you are not satisfied with a component, it cannot be returned. It's not directly Alza's fault, it's just the rules, but it's annoying. For example, I found out at home that my chosen GPU was a bit louder than I wanted, but I couldn't change it. It may be better to buy the components separately, and then have the PC assembled separately somewhere else.
Price - for example TS Bohemia charges 400 hundred for the same service of building a PC.
