In the computer there is a padding that went hur take out so maybe because of this I moved the cooler at the frame. but fortunately, it was easy to put back. Otherwise, everything was good.

Assembled to my liking, works without problems so far, but time will tell
The W11 home operating system was pre-installed even though I clearly stated in the contract that I did not want it

This is the second kit I have ordered in the space of a few years and the experience has been excellent.
The excellent experience comes mainly from the great feedback of the technicians, who will check the compatibility of the components you have chosen, whether you have overlooked anything that would clash and can even be consulted if you are hesitant about choosing certain elements.
After the agreement, the operating system was also reinstalled exactly as requested, and it was only necessary to activate it afterwards.
I consider the service to be exactly what good customer service should look like.
Since I ordered the installation of a complete individual set the price of this service has tripled, which is a bit of a shame. When ordering the total price of PC components e.g. over 15 thousand. The completion could be a kind of bonus.

Like I have to write -overall satisfaction-but?
Speed of delivery, as I have already read from the reviews they have there -up to 4 days-a little longer it took but it does not matter. But apart from one thing, like getting a pc assembled and it arrives to me assembled-nice-(wiring, etc)as good, they test it ok. I just don't understand when they test it and I come home with a folded pc and -the rear fan doesn't work!? -(so they're testing how), like they can't see that it's not spinning? I found it was plugged into the -system-fan-pump-and the conductor into the system fan--swapped it and everything works. (So just for the dumbass who assembled it -system-fan-pump- where water cooling is connected: ). But otherwise I can highly recommend it. As I wrote composition, nice, wiring etc. satisfied. so I recommend it: ))
As a whole, I am satisfied.
