It was my first experience with the GOPRO 11Black camera and my last. I got the camera for my birthday, stabilization and image perfect, battery life is not quite sensational but is acceptable after buying another piece of batteries. However, the first time using the camera is quite overheated but works normally, it happened sometimes that it did not turn on so had to pull the battery and then jumped back on. After about 14 days of use we took the camera to the sea we used the camera without a cover and the maximum diving at the beach was up to 3m why also use a cover when the camera is waterproof to 10 meters which is guaranteed by the manufacturer. The next day after recording when the camera was turned off, it started to overheat spontaneously and the water on the display dried up (the camera was placed on a table in the room). The camera could not be turned on the next day. In the next two days, the camera turned on after inserting the battery and said there was a power problem and turned off. I gave the camera to GOPRO Authorized Service for the Czech Republic for a complaint and they said that the camera was leaking and that it was unrepairable, at the same time they wrote that they performed a waterproofness test which found that the camera is waterproof, the complaint was rejected. I was expecting the service to take a reasonable approach but after researching on the internet I found out that I am not the only one with this problem of waterproofing and overheating of the camera. The worst part is that you buy a bunch of accessories, batteries and a subscription to goupro and after about a month you throw the camera in the trash. And this is my first experience with GOPRO.
