I guess I was expecting something better, unfortunately. first I tried to stick it on the cover, but it "didn't magnetize", so I still peeled it off and tried to put it directly on the phone, but after a few bigger shocks the phone started to twist and although the magnet seemed to hold, the phone rather fell and the ring remained on the holder. not for me, I bought a MagSafe cover for the Samsung and it was golden: )
