It is a small cheap simple tower cooler with sufficient cooling performance for processors up to normal power consumption of about 120W (bought to 10400F, but I probably would not be afraid of a slightly undervolted 3800X or 3900X). If you are missing a cooler, better this than buying an ordinary "box" for 250. As a disadvantage I would mark the impossibility to fit a 2nd fan (with 2 heatpipes it wouldn't help much) and also the impossibility to replace the already fitted one (appearance gives way to practicality/serviceability). As the second and much bigger disadvantage I would mark the way of assembly. Yes, it's simple (you attach the "ring" to the motherboard and then screw in the heatsink and screw it in). But the problem is that in order for the radiator to cool, it is very fixed. And if you have a tight space in the case (you don't want to remove the GPU), then you have a problem mounting the cooler. And even mounting with the motherboard on the table is not completely seamless. "Simplicity is beauty" doesn't apply here in my opinion, but it's a decent cooler for the money.
