Very quiet operation
Cools the AMD Ryzen 5 7600 absolutely beautifully – max. 70°C under the heaviest load

Cools down the 5 5600 to 24°C idle and 37-40°C under game load (source AMD Adrenaline). Yes, it's normal, if fans agree not spinning, it just means the pump can cool down the CPU without blowing air through the fins of the radiator.
Surprisingly quiet
After watching a YT guide, installation is simple.
Effective
In this price range, nothing.

Price / ratio I would say super
Quiet cooling but more depends on the processor you are cooling e.g. for me ryzen 7 5700x
It seems to me that the instructions are unclear for some people and there are not enough instructions for me to work out the instructions better, it is easy to make mistakes

the fans are quite loud at speeds of 1500 and above + occasional rattling of one fan, I replaced with other fans and it is quiet
