I bought it for a Ryzen 7 5700X3D and it works great so far. The paste in the package is sufficient. The processor temperature did not exceed 80°C when playing, just the installation can be a bit confusing if you have no previous experience. My Ryzen 9 5950X cools down to 60-65 °C at full load (all cores) and even at the highest fan power it does not overpower the other fans in the case. As for the temperature of my processor, it is necessary to take into account that the architecture is made to boost up to 90 degrees, so there is no problem even with this cooler to get to a given temperature, but it is a normal behavior of the cpu not a weakness of the cooler, the temperature then very quickly falls back to 60 and in idle has an average (not Tdie) around 40-45 degrees.
