The heatsink has few heatpipes, so even though it has a decent continuous cooling performance and can cool even 8 AMD cores, it can't dissipate heat fast enough from processors that suffer from local overheating or have unnecessarily thick heatspreader (typically Ryzen 7800X3D, almost all contemporary Intels)
