We've had the coffee maker since about 26.12 since then it's made maybe 20 coffees, at first it made a lovely froth but quite a lot of milk sizzled all over the place, which wouldn't be a problem if the milk spout of the milk flask could be put straight into the cup. We have a dynamica at work and I find the milk flask so much handier. However, after a while it stopped dispensing foam and rather flowed out of it heated milk, it was necessary according to the video to completely disassemble the container and thoroughly wash it really, then again calm and no longer splashed. The next problem that arose and it really rattled me was that the coffee maker stopped grinding coffee simply the coffee grinder broke and skipped I had already taken all the coffee out of it and took the box out to take it in for a complaint, but I ran it 3 more times (To make coffee) and then it "unstuck". I have only put Lavazza Espresso Gran Crema Barista in the machine and more or less only put coffee in it when we unpacked it and since then nothing has been added to it, only poured in from the bag so I doubt any foreign object could fall in. However, it is working now, so hopefully there will be no more problems. I recommend setting a higher water temperature see. manual makes then much better coffee.
