I wanted one charger for everything so that the electrician's nightmare behind the couch would disappear. I don't know if I had a defective piece or if it's a general problem, however, no laptop I tried would charge. It's a shame, because a small 65W travel charger from the same manufacturer can handle a smaller laptop just fine. It always showed that the laptop was powered but the battery was not charging. Tested with different cables. I mean, yes I managed to convince the charger once by repeatedly disconnecting and reconnecting the cable, but really only once. Then sometimes it happened that the power display simply went out despite the device being plugged in and recharged. Only disconnecting the charger from the mains and reconnecting it helped. I'll return it and try another manufacturer.
