i was looking at the expensive chef's choice/Graef, i thought before i got those let me try this i can always return it. excellent results. i have high end Wusthof and Zwilling knives plus a good Japanese santoku knife. after sharpening, all cut through paper easily. likely this sharpener was made by a top manufacturer for them. wheels are diamond which is the best quality. i could have gotten it a little cheaper with Datart but they suck if you have any warranty issues, Alza always the best in customer service.
