Unfortunately, the drive or gear in the brush is not strong enough and stops during vacuuming. This makes the DYSON MUCH better for carpets, unfortunately. I really wished Bosch could replace him, but I guess it won't happen. (I won't buy an AKU DYSON anymore either, it's overpriced, crap, and the cheap plastics are guaranteed to renew every 4 years. )
DYSON has better air filtration after all. I bought a new filter there after about two years and then mainly because of the reduced performance when vacuuming, the smell was not a problem. You can already smell this Bosch in the air after two months.
