Well, what can you expect from Arctic: D It’s basically a PC fan stuffed into a torch casing. A maximum speed of around 4k rpm is more than enough; you usually only need about half that. However, I do have one criticism: from about halfway through, I find the fan rather noisy (though this is obviously less noticeable when the device is in use).
