Compared to the first AirPods I switched from, I was negatively surprised by the size of the headphones. All the photos are taken from an angle where you can't see it. It's lost on the ear, but it's not a pleasant surprise. It's hardware that demands your attention and service. Classic AirPods (or any headphones) you just put in your ear, listen, then take out. Not here. Headphones make you think about what mode you want to listen in. Active noise canceling, transparency mode, no-noise canceling. Removing the headphones from your ears isn't easy either. Sometimes they bend over, you have to fix them. Taking it out and putting it back in the box is also worse. After a while you get used to it, I found everything annoying. The worst part was what I was most looking forward to. I make a lot of phone calls and listen to podcasts while walking. With these headphones, joy turned to misery. Because of the ear stripping, every step was like a drumbeat in my head. That was the last straw. I returned the headphones and bought classic AirPods 3rd generation. You put it in your ear, you let go, you're done. They don't ask you to do anything, they just work.

I originally got the headphones mainly for my iPhone, I didn't expect to use them with other devices because I was worried that Apple wouldn't work with pears, carrots and such. The opposite is true - they have become my primary headphones for my Windows PC (they work perfectly fine), Samsung TV and of course my phone. They have a nice feature that you just need to "steal" the headphones and they will connect without any crap, i.e. when I have them on my phone, I click them on my PC and they connect (this is for example. the previous Intezze didn't and I had to manually disconnect them). The added bonuses of charging on everything and USB-C are already written in the description and work well.
