I have two slow fans on the intake, so I had to add a third, and the rear exhaust fan had to be sped up.

I'm switching from an i9-14900KF which is a brutal processor and probably a bit more powerful than this ryzen, but it's a juggernaut - basically a little Temelin. I had to throttle the processor to 250W in Biose to be able to keep it cool with a conductor. Beware, the same applies to 9800x3d - you need to set the negative curve in the bios to -10 (if you have a watercooler) or up to -20 with a classic cooler, otherwise this processor will also give you 95 degrees at maximum load. I have it set to -10, performance hasn't dropped a percent and at full fire the processor spins max. 75 degrees Celsius.
