I bought the ASUS ROG STRIX B650E-E GAMING WIFI Kingston FURY 64GB KIT DDR5 6000MT/s CL30 Beast Black XMP DOCP runs perfectly - 3000MHz on memory and 2000 FCLK. After a week of testing it seems that even -25mV undervolt is stable - which on a GELID Solutions Glacier cooler means around -25C at multi-core cinebench (125W > 100W).
Out of the box fastest processor for games and most single/lightly-threaded programs.
Very well binned - allows easy OC/Undervolt
The AM5 socket will still have support for the next 1/2 generation of ryzen.
Poor price/performance ratio
There is no planned support for CUDIMM memory - it will work only in bypass mode.
If you are upgrading from AM4 you need a new board and frame.

I switched from the 7600X. With the PBO -20, the all core power consumption reached 88W and the temperatures were around +55C compared to the water temperature in the circuit. 9800X3D can run 140W on default and reports the same temperature (with different temperature sensors). Handbrake is noticeably faster, volumetric effects are now smooth (before quite a slideshow), but the overall gaming benefit will only develop with the new GPU. Otherwise, to all those who can't wait. I don't know if I'm unlucky, but my BIOS in the current version is pretty dumpster fire. Hopefully when the market looks better, BIOSes will be ironed out.
