I bought this CPU as an upgrade from the Ryzena 1600AF and the increase in performance is noticeable. A pleasant finding is that the consumption is very similar to that of 1600AF (it is absolutely unbeatable in terms of price / performance / operating ratio and traveled to the workstation). With the included WraithStealth cooler, this is a bad joke: I had to stop the torture test (Prime95) after a minute. If you have a better WraithSpire or even WraithMax from an older processor, that should be enough in a MidleTower (ATX format) cabinet. The fan from the radiator apon served in the cabinet, it is 8cm in size for the screws, but it is 92mm in size very nice: used board MSI B550M Pro VDH WiFi (I can only and only recommend) allows precise speed control in BIOS: at 700rpm is uncomfortable. The processor was then cooled by Noctua NHU9S, which is playful and especially quiet with a reserve of maneuver. Pamate G. Skill Flare 3200 / CL14 works seamlessly with XMP for the first time: the processor would certainly handle faster, but the processor manufacturer declares 3200 and so there is 3200: I prefer to get to lower CL than to drive some crazy MHz. Max boost is given at 4.6Ghz, CPU-from 4.65 sounds this really works. Apart from the mentioned cooler and price, I have no comments, it is a powerful, versatile and economical processor.
