4 USB (no alternative on Alza)
On the Dell Latitude 5420, the combination of 2 monitors + charging only works on one USB-C, according to Dell specifications are identical.
On my Dell Precision 5560, charging via the docking station once stopped working after a reboot.
It can only do 100W some more powerful NTBs may have a problem with this and will throw you a warning that the charging is not optimal, but realistically it won't be a problem.
