If you need a usable LightBar for your monitor, and don't want to spend a lot more money on "branded" solutions, you probably don't need to look any further - in terms of lighting they are more than comparable, and the fact that the AlzaErgo LightBar and its driver looks a bit "Chinese plastic" is simply due to the fact that it's just a Chinese plastic thing and it's not even noticeable at first glance. If I could give 4.5 stars, I would.
