The first piece had a usb-C connector behind the hole so crooked that it was impossible to plug the cable in. Eventually I figured out a way to get the cable in, but within a week the charger stopped working completely anyway. Complaints fine. The other piece worked, but charged slower than my old charger with much lower power. When measured, the power of the charger came out to just 5.1 W. The third time I have already exchanged it for goods from another manufacturer. The Alza salesman said during the complaint that he has had the same charger that didn't work for two years and it works fine. But maybe two years ago they did it better.
The packaging is quite practical and eco paper box, which you do not have to throw away immediately after unpacking. For example, it is useful for carrying a charger with a cable in a backpack. No unnecessary plastics for immediate disposal.
