Depends on what you want out of it. If you want to set up the monitor once and then not move it around too much, this can be a good option. Every once in a while you might notice that the monitor has tilted a bit, so you straighten it up every few months or so, and that's it. However, if you want a monitor stand that different heights will use, and that they can adjust to suit their needs, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. You can adjust the height or tilt of the monitor, but it's probably not something you'd want to do with this stand on a daily basis... For completeness, I use it with a Samsung Odyssey C27JG56 monitor, which should be just under 4kg. With another monitor (especially an otherwise heavy monitor), the experience may be different.

Unfortunately, I do not strongly recommend this product. Such a scrub like the ones from the market, horrible! The whole monitor is holding there somehow and it's really so desperate it's miserable. I'd rather put a book under my monitor than this tragic piece of "crap". The price for this is also exorbitant, for such "quality" I would give 200 CZK. I'll keep the stand, I won't be returning it, but the quality is really crappy. I mean especially the connection of the stand to the monitor, the stand itself is solid and quite OK. As I write, either get a monitor that can be shielded, it's worth it, or rather 2 thicker books under the stand.
