The very first positive impression was that the new Samsung QE65S90F TV fit in the trunk of my KGM Torres. Another wow impression was unpackage. It almost looked like the TV wasn't even there as it was thin. Out of the box I didn't even breathe as I was afraid it would break. After simply installing the stand, I put it on the TV cabinet and it's already clear to me that it's going to stay there. I don't see the wall installation as realistic, but that doesn't bother me at all. The first start up of the TV is very quick, all the QR settings are quite intuitive, but for having both a TLF and a Samsung home cinema, I would have expected it to be even easier. However, after all the settings of the TV apps, TV interface settings and finally the TV settings themselves, I have to say that the picture, colors(really black), anti-glare finish, response speed(playing on PS5) is perfect. Really big shift against my 8year old Samsung TV, curved, 4K, 3D. What I perceive as rather cheap is the controller, they could work on that, however the controls are simple. The summary is a lot of music for little money.: )

The TV is great, the colors are beautiful and vivid, but only when 4K (HDR) content is playing on it. The terrestrial broadcast is saved by AI upscale, not perfect but it will improve the quality. The main OS is nicely laid out, the only thing I would appreciate (maybe I overlooked it) is to run an app or input by default after turning on the TV. The app store is fine but it has its flaws. Finding a popular app there is not a problem, but finding a lesser-known app is slow to start a search. As for the remote control, it's a classic minimalist Samsung control, I much appreciate the solar panel and USB-C for charging. The sound from the speakers is beautiful, the power is sufficient for a medium-sized living room.

I have had a Samsung TV with a QLED screen for about 8 years. When buying a new TV I originally wanted to go for the same screen technology again, but in the end I decided to pay a few thousand extra and buy a TV with OLED technology. I really agree with the statement that in terms of the quality of the picture that the TV displays, it is a whole other level and a huge leap up from older TVs and a far better experience watching it. Here are my few observations from the first week of operation:
The overall installation of the new TV was seamless, the new One UI TIZEN system is clear and responsive
The image quality exceeded my expectations, the black and colour rendition is stunning, I just had to turn down the brightness
For the image, you want to play with the settings a bit, if you want e.g. tweak the white temperature, it requires AI, artificial intelligence or manual, just the recurring message about the increase in TV power consumption is quite annoying with certain changes
The sound from the TV is OK, but I have connected the original Samsung HWQ70R soundbar from HARMAN/KARDON with Dolby ATMOS
Streaming apps like HBO MAX, Desney+, etc. respond smoothly, OnePlay works without problems
Even though the description says anti-glare, in reality the screen is glossy, but the glare from the TV when switched on is not visible in the dark parts of the picture, you need to think about where the TV will be placed (south side, direct sun, etc. ), then it is probably better to choose TVs with QLED screen, which have a matte surface and glare is thus largely eliminated
Terrestrial digital broadcasting and streaming in HD quality TV converts to 4K very satisfactorily, even from a smaller distance from the panel is not visible blurred image.

The plastic legs, one of which was a bit warped, are quite hard to put in when you install them by snapping them into the TV, to the point where you're afraid you'll damage the super-thin screen. After placing the TV on the table, it stood crooked, I had to use a spirit level.: -(
This is not so much a con as a dilemma with the remote - its subtle size may not suit everyone, I personally find it hard to hold in my hand.
NETFLIX preset buttons etc. they get in the way, and pressing them unintentionally is quite annoying. I would welcome the ability to turn them off or even reprogram them to another streaming service or function. The solar charging is great, but it's on the underside of the controller, so unless you have a glass coffee table: -), it won't charge you much.
