MSI has a minimum tolerance of burned pixels. That's why I definitely recommend taking advantage of the immediate product exchange option. This saves you a month of waiting for the first complaint to be (un)settled. After 2 months, the pixels on the mag 24" monitor burned out, claim rejected for not showing a defect. But the pixels have been mysteriously fixed and the monitor is holding up for the second year. On this monitor, the pixels burned out after less than half a year. I took advantage of the immediate replacement, unfortunately on the new monitor after 2 months began to flash black lines of pixels. Complaint settled after 29 days with a refund. I would like to recommend MSI monitors through super price/performance ratio. Unfortunately, this is not possible because the price is bought by the quality of the products.
