I'm switching from the Xiaomi 11S, so the improvement is to be expected. But I didn't expect the difference to be so marked. The readability of the display and responsiveness is on a whole other level and the camera, which is the main attraction of this model, has definitely lived up to expectations. I have been waiting for this phone since the announcement in China and it was definitely worth it despite the higher price.
Great response
High-end camera comparable to a mirrorless camera
Display legible even in sunlight
The allocated cover is more for show

I switched from Apple, which has a very strong background, but those phones haven't had much to offer in the last few years
excellent Leica camera
phone and charging speed
large battery
quality workmanship
beautiful display
I was very surprised by the sound
a minor minor minus is the absence of a magnet under the cover, but I understand that this is mainly an Apple product issue.

The phone is the third in a row that I use and overall it suits me. Good connection to other Xiaomi products. I use multiple devices like a vacuum cleaner and such and everything communicates with each other without any problems.

The Xiaomi 17 Ultra excels mainly thanks to the high-end Leica cameras with APO zoom, which offer incredible image quality, ideal for photographers and videographers. Under the hood, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor delivers brutal performance, so it's up to the task. Add to that a fantastic OLED display that is a joy to behold. Long battery life with fast charging.

This is my fourth Xiaomi phone, starting with the Mi5, continuing through the Mi Mix 3 and most recently the Mi 13. It's my first Ultra version, which I chose mainly because of the larger display and more RAM. But I was pleasantly surprised by the camera, it's really great and even though I'm not a photographer, I managed to take pictures that I previously associated more with classic DSLR cameras.
The only drawback is the base cover that comes with the phone, which looks relatively cheap compared to the device itself.

Phone unpacked and tested after delivery. It fits perfectly in the hand. Fast, beautiful display and most importantly a great camera, which is why the phone was bought. First impressions great. And since xiaomi phones have been used at home for many years, I believe this one will not disappoint either

I switched to the phone after 10 years with iphones, I don't regret this change in any way. The operation of the phone system is smooth, without any stuttering. I would highlight especially the camera, which takes perfect photos. I especially appreciate the optical zoom with a 200mpx sensor, where even with digital zoom the photos remain sharp. Slow motion is also great, where you can get up to 1920fps. Here, however, the phone already illustrates the images, but the resulting video looks good. I think this phone is exactly the reason to run away from ios devices to android.

I'm switching from the xiaomi 14 to this 17 Ultra, and we are thrilled, beautiful colors, super colors, the sound is the bomb and the camera is just a bomb such photos we did not even think that will do, just great. I was surprised by the weight of the phone is light for how big it is and finally a phone with a decent battery life.
