The deep fryer works well. It preheats very quickly, does not smell (it has a filter). I have to refute three false information in some negative reviews. 1) It contains a preheat light in the switch, 2) it contains a sign for the oil height (two min-max columns), and 3) the basket mechanism is not a foil. I have had the pop-up lid on all previous fryers, so I am used to putting the brakes on when opening it and I don't consider it a mistake. I haven't tried the dishwasher option yet, but if it works normally after washing, that's OK too. There is no need to elaborate on the instructions and I don't care that there are only pictures - a moderately intelligent user only needs to look once and knows everything he needs. I'm satisfied.
good price
dishwasher safe
just the right size for a family of 4
it is not big, it is compact
needs only 2l of oil

possibility to pull out the basket without opening the lid
I didn't find any cons

The non-stick surface peeled off in my dishwasher. A little piece.
Dishwasher safe with the container.
The container doesn't wash well in the dishwasher.

After 30 years, the old Moulinex has reached the end of its useful life, and this is its successor. I expected more, he's worse at everything and probably won't last long. We only use it once a year at Christmas, otherwise I pan fry.
It fries, which I kind of expected.
The whole handling of the fryer is strange, the frying basket feels phoric and is unstable when inserted and removed from the oil.
The lid is opened by pressing a button that literally ejects it, and it is necessary to brake the opening by hand.
