I bought it because it offers the ability to connect to the PS5 and it has Bluetooth. Unfortunately, it only targets gaming customers with Windows PCs, and you can't even do a firmware upgrade without it. The first impression of the headphones was absolutely terrible! I would compare such bad sound to wired TEMU headphones for $0.99. After installing the mobile app and setting it up, it has improved significantly, but still lags well behind the competition (I still have Sennheiser, Apple, Koss and JBL). They didn't live up to expectations at all - quality headphones for PS5, MacBook, Android phone! Still noisy and the ANC is worse than the passive noise cancellation on my other Sony in-ear headphones!

Nice headphones, unfortunately I couldn't get over the constant electronic noise that the headphones emit, it bothered me a lot. I didn't even get to rehearse on the computer as I could hear the noise over some of the songs. Turning off the nc didn't help either, in fact it may have helped to hear it even more. I tried to get over it at work, but after three hours of intermittent listening, my ears started to hurt, so I gave up and returned them. Plus, the opening is so forum-like. I wouldn't be surprised if it broke after a while. I really enjoyed connecting via dongle, you don't have to pair anything, search, just plug it in and it plays. The surround sound sounded beautiful, I had to use the equalizer on my phone for songs and then it was ok too. Too bad about the noise, I guess they missed the frequency somehow, or I don't know 😃

Compared to Sony' s PS5 Pulse Explore headphones, these play many times better, more detailed, louder and even with bass: D Not really with these headphones I had to turn off the 3D surround sound in the PS5 settings when playing at night specifically when playing The Last of Us part 2 because I couldn' t focus on the places I thought the " enemy" was coming from. With the surround sound on, I wasn' t able to detect the direction I was supposed to focus on. But I consider that a big plus during daytime gaming. But at night I found it really scary. In addition, compared to the Pulse Explore, you get higher midrange clarity, much more bass (which the Pulse Explore simply doesn' t have), and an amazing touch control. In terms of connectivity, the Pulse Explore is a bit better, the Buds Inzone need a few extra seconds (to warm up) to work properly, otherwise it goes e. g. only one headphone, or the audio from the headphones back to HDMI will not switch properly. But I also tried, for example, ext. Sound. cards from Creative directly for the PS5 and there was extreme interference and the synchronization of the right and left headphones was messed up. With Buds Inzone, the sound is constant even through several walls. However, the sound quality still does not reach e. g. on Apple Airpods Pro 2, which can be paired with practically anything except the PS5. The Sony Buds Inzone are practically ONLY usable for PS5 or PC gaming, so consider the investment. As for ANC, the manufacturer is a little mystifying. Of the three modes, only two are practically usable and that is active noise suppression and, conversely, active permeability. Both of these modes work really well. However, the third " something in between" is useless and behaves just like active noise cancellation. But for me, they are really great for night gaming and I recommend them for PS5 with reservations.

You also need to select "INZONE Buds - Game" as the default device in Windows. The default mode is "INZONE Buds - Chat", which is designed for chatting, but music and games sound bad in it.
