When the vacuum cleaner arrived, we were very pleased. Saci’s performance was absolutely brilliant. The attachments are great too. The battery life is more than enough for 4kk at full power. The only problem was that the extension bit started to come loose. We sent the vacuum cleaner back under warranty, and it came back unrepaired, scratched, dirty and with yet another fault. The vacuum cleaner started switching itself off at maximum power, displaying error code E7. So it’s back at the repair shop again, so we’re expecting it won’t work at all 😂 If you need to make a complaint about or get your hoover repaired, you’re better off doing it at home…
