I' m excited about Remoska. I bought it mainly for roast chicken. I remember from childhood that there was no mistake: -). However, the first food I eventually made in it was segedin. absolute stone - no roasting onions, no extra fat. I just tossed everything into remoska, tasted it, mixed it, and turned it on. I think it will be permanent here: -)

maybe it' s not even a negative, but you need to handle the lid carefully when it' s hot. but it' s probably about habit and practice: -)
