I replaced my old Phillips HD4646 with it, which I was happy with for over 10 years. That's why I wanted Philips again. The HD9318 is probably ok for the price, I could see having it as a student on campus - it's lightweight, so moving twice a year is fine, or having it at the cottage for occasional use. For regular home use, though, I would probably choose a different product. I won't be returning it, but I wouldn't buy it again.
