- on the phone. calls OK - you don't have to hold the phone in your hand and you can make notes, work on the PC,.
- there could be some strip in the box to make it easier to take the handset out of the box

The charging case is impractical for me.
Each time I insert the handset I have to rotate it so that it can be inserted into the case and after charging it I have to rotate it again, i.e. to fit your ear.
I stopped using the case and charge the handset directly.
I wanted a BlueTooth handset, but not an expensive one. I ordered this product. I use it, I am satisfied.

Otherwise, I recommend it.
Long battery life, seamless communication, can hear the other side well.
Rechargeable case.
It sits worse on the ear, the hinge is a bit uncomfortable.

I'm really happy with the price, I use it mainly in the car. I was a little worried about how it would sit on my ear, but no problem.
