I'm very happy with the headphones in the end. I like the simple design and controls. So far I leave the sound everywhere with one setting and the headphones perform the function they are supposed to. They sound similar or better than my HyperX Cloud II, they have a more pronounced and thicker bass, but their weakness is definitely the highs. I recommend not turning on the simulated surround at all if you don't want to suffer.

To make this product feel atleast what they should feel like at this price point: I am not using the software recommended with the product (G HUB). I'm using default windows usb drivers, disabled audio enhancements on the microphone, and bought dolby atmos to make the sound enhanced. THis means that you can't use Blue Voice at the same time.. what a pity. Logitech can do better.

You need to buy dolby atmos to make the headsets sound good, but this isn't compatible with G HUB without my workaround.
You can't use logitech software (G HUB) and Dolby atmos at the same time due to driver incompetence.
Microphone sounds bad if blue voice is not enabled.
Poor rubber material that will wear off and start tearing within the first year or two. (It's the wiring that goes from the headband to the ear cups.)

The sound is appalling. Relatively OK on a PC with G HUB, but it definitely does not match the price, the sound is tinny, the bass is cut. Equalizer settings didn' t help either. Anywhere other than on the PC (without G HUB) the sound is at the level of headphones for 200 CZK - practically without bass. The design is great, they are really comfortable and the battery life is also luxurious, the surround sound is very believable, but due to the sound quality (which is the most important thing for me in headphones) I cannot recommend them. Definitely not worth the price, returned after 2 days of use.

The sound is great, really great for a wireless gaming headset and I think they have no competitor in this category right now. Of course, if there's anyone who thinks it will sound like the Sony WH-1000XM5 because it's priced high enough, it really won't. But for a gaming headset, really great sound, after some EQ tweaking for my ear of course. The design of these headphones is the same as the older models, which is not bad. Solid, high quality and hardly any plastic. Plus, they added the ability to flip your shells when you have the headphones on. The connection was extremely fast, I didn't even have time to sit down at the PC after connecting the dongle and the headset was already pairing and moving the update, I have to say that Logitech has really improved the app over the old one. But what's a real pain is not the microphone. It really doesn't compare. I have the old G Pro X wired ones and there friends told me they sound really nice on a headset mic. But here the microphone is on the level of a child's toy. The sound is muddled, sometimes the discord audio still doesn't pick up because of the settings in G Hub, the listening is terrible and unfortunately there is nothing that can be done about it. 3 hours of adjusting what's best I came to the conclusion to turn off Blue Voice for the microphone and it can be listened to, but it's still not good at all for the money. I'm returning the headphones because of this. Some people might not mind it so much, but I imagine a different microphone for headphones at that price. If the price tag dropped to about 4,000 one could speculate about that too.
