After 4 months of use, 5 stars became 4. Then 3. - Small issues with the NOT automatic flushing of the system after coffee brewing and problems with the mouldy bud container, made daily use of the machine a rather uncomfortable affair, when it could have been solved with minimal effort before production. - It doesn't help that we are talking about a 17.000 CZK machine, these things are simply unforgivable. - If I were to comment purely on the preparation of coffee, frothing of milk and preparation of water for tea, we are really satisfied in this respect.

Cannot set the machine to automatically rinse after making coffee (only after starting the machine, which I don't understand this option at all when I just want to make tea. ). There is a flushing of the coffee machine only at the end after all drinks, in the settings and under maintenance.
The puck container will get moldy inside if left unopened (even if you empty the pucks immediately; it just doesn't air). Some air vents on the side would be enough.
The puck container is quite difficult to wipe, its tall and narrow shape will prevent you from inserting your hand with a cloth.
Flushing the milk system will splash everything around you (when flushing, it also lets enough water into the drip tray despite the fact that you have a cup under the system).
The coffee grinder often told us the coffee container was empty even when it was almost full (it happened exclusively with L'or coffee, don't ask me why).
Not for ground coffee (but we counted on that).
