The mouse is functionally excellent. If you want a vertial mouse because using a regular one for a long time gives you problems, there's probably nothing better. The shape of the mouse is basically brilliant - it fits in the hand, it includes a storage space for your pinky finger (so you don't drag it around on the pad), and all the controls are perfectly within reach. Configuration is done via a web application, so it is not tied to a specific platform, and you can set up just about anything, including macros for buttons (too bad there aren't more). Just perfection. However, the plastic looks rather cheap and thin. I, spoiled after some time of using a combo of a stylish gaming mouse and other vertical (pictures) that were replaced by this mouse, was initially unpleasantly surprised. However, this does not affect functionality. This probably makes the mouse surprisingly light. The plastic isn't rubberized, so it won't get sticky and gooey after a few years like some models. Only time will tell how long it will last. The second disadvantage is the use of an integrated battery and the need to recharge the mouse when used wirelessly. At the same time, the mouse could easily fit a standardized battery that could simply be replaced with a charged one. It would also extend the life of the mouse and make it easier to replace a dead battery.
