Getting this router up and running was a bit tricky, so I'll describe how I struggled so you don't have to; -). In another review it is mentioned that the router did not connect over the WAN to the provider. The same thing happened to me, the router refused to communicate over the WAN. I tried advertising it and got a new piece that behaved exactly the same. After a lot of fiddling, I tried to turn on dual WAN and connect the provider through the LAN port and leave the WAN port free. The router established the connection with the provider, but the whole thing behaved very unstable, some devices could not connect to the router at all, some connected, but the internet was down. The router was generally acting strange and confused. I finally found a solution in a discussion. I connected a small 1Gbit switch between the 2.5 Gbit WAN port of the router and the provider and the router started working as it should.
