I bought them as a replacement for the water cooling fans, the fans run in complete silence and are only slightly audible when the CPU is under load. This is how the water-cooled fans take care of the i9-10900KF and keep the processor cool, while being almost inaudible. Huge satisfaction so far, for the money a bomb. Originally bought just for a test run before I buy some proper ones. They're staying there now, I wouldn't change it.

I have 5pcs in my gaming PC cabinet and I had 6pcs in the PC I sold in 2020. I've been working with these fans for over 2 years now, so I can judge very well what they are like. Are they worth buying for airflow/airflow? Definitely! Are they worth buying if you want a silent/quiet PC? Definitely! After a year one started making noises, probably the bearing. But not one other had a problem. Neither does my friend's who also has 4 pieces in his PC. They are no longer audible from the subway when you have a PC on the ground. You won't hear them on the table, but with your ear to them, yes. But only minimal airflow will be heard, not the motor. They are really top quiet but you can't expect 0db. Even Noctua for 30eur don't have 0db. But are they so quiet that you don't hear them/are unaware of them 99% of the time? Yes, they are that quiet. If you have some music or a podcast on or you have headphones, you don't even know that the PC is on with them. I have exclusively Arctic Freezer eSports 34 Duo on my processor and 4-6pcs P12 PWM in the case and that counts as a quiet PC, I guarantee it. The 34 Duo is a best buy at half the price of the DARK ROCK 4 for 95% identical performance. Are the Fans quieter than the P12 PWM? They are, but they cost 25-50e a piece. Are they much quieter than these? No way!
You get an incredible deal for little money. And I'm not a fanboy or anything. If they're bad, I'll destroy them in the description. If I want I'll buy 3x Noctua together for 90eur anytime. But I don't need that fact. And I have a powerful gaming PC and the temperatures thanks to these fans are at the best level.
