relatively simple assembly
the ways of turning the TV are wide, including parking position - i.e. close to the wall see instructions
the holder is made of thin sheet metal, mainly the joint i.e. the alignment of the TV according to the spirit level works until you use the holder, then the position of the TV is always about 5mm horizontally out of alignment, depending on how the holder plates are filed.
