When I unboxed the Xiaomi 17T Pro, I was surprised by how sturdy it felt – that massive 7000mAh battery ensures excellent battery life, but it does make the phone quite heavy to hold. Personally, I don’t mind, but some people might. The system runs absolutely smoothly and the display is a joy to look at; there are a few pre-installed apps, but nothing too bad. As for the camera, the main sensor and the 5× zoom lens from Leica perform reliably; the wide-angle shots are good when viewed on a phone, but their lower quality is noticeable on a PC. For the money, it’s definitely a great machine, and I already know it’ll serve me well for a few years.

The phone has lived up to my expectations: it’s fast, takes great photos, the fingerprint reader is responsive, the included case is a bonus, it comes with Gorilla Glass pre-installed, and you can check the battery health in the settings

I’ve switched from a 9-year-old phone and the difference is huge. The phone is just as fast as an iPhone, and the photos are stunning even in the dark. For that price, I think it's a great buy. The battery is a bonus

Very satisfied after the first day of use
I’ve only had the Xiaomi 14T Pro for a day so far, but I’m already very happy with it. What I appreciate most is the large, easy-to-read screen. My eyesight isn't what it used to be, so it's important to me that the text is easy to read and that everything on the screen is clearly laid out. In that respect, the phone met my expectations perfectly. The phone is very fast; everything responds instantly and the controls are intuitive. The display has beautiful colours and high brightness, and thanks to its size, it’s comfortable not only for reading messages and browsing the internet, but also for watching videos. I've also had a go at using the camera so far, and the photos look good. I was also pleased with the fast charging, which really makes a difference compared to older phones. After the first day of use, I haven't encountered any problems. The phone feels well-made, is comfortable to hold, and overall I feel it offers excellent value for money.

I've swapped it for a Xiaomi 13T and there's no comparison. This phone is in a league of its own. The battery life is excellent, and the display has a superb resolution. The phone is smooth and fast. At this price, it’s definitely one of the best options on the market. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a good-quality phone at a reasonable price.

The Xiaomi 17T Pro was a pleasant surprise for me: Fast performance, a great camera, long battery life, a beautiful display and a smooth user experience every day.
A larger display and longer battery life than the Xiaomi 17T
The silicone case is quite slippery

I swapped it for a Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro; I’d had the original for about five years, but the speakers stopped working – that was the main reason for the swap. So far, I’m happy with the phone – it has a large battery capacity, which is handy as I’m basically on my phone all day, and a good, fast display with high brightness.

I’ve switched from my trusty Honor 8X (4 GB / 64 GB), which was starting to show its age in every respect. However, it performed reliably, doing exactly what it was supposed to do, and did so throughout without a single fault. May he rest in peace.
I’ll try to carry on for another five years with the Chinese upper middle class: Xiaomi 17T Pro (12 GB / 256 GB). What caught my eye most about the phone was its large 144Hz AMOLED display, its high-capacity silicon-carbon (Si+C) battery and its competitive Leica camera system.
Excellent battery life and advanced features of the Si+C 7000mAh battery
100W wired and 50W wireless charging
The manufacturer’s promised five-year software support
Support for NanoSIM + NanoSIM / eSIM (5G)
An attractive introductory price
Large 6.83-inch AMOLED display
The charger is not included in the pack – it must be purchased separately
