The mobile phone meets the features in the description, the camera is top notch. Battery life while using the grip is top notch. Using the Fixed Graphite UNI stylus with magnets makes control even more comfortable. But all of this rather devalues Alza's behaviour. On 3.11 I sent an enquiry as to when the ZEISS telephoto lens (multiplier) would be available and how to claim the discount, the reply was that the enquiry had been forwarded to the relevant department, but even after urging them to do so, no written reply to date. The mobile phone was delivered without the promised charger. I was told over the phone that the telephoto lens and charger are not supplied by Alza, but by the supplier. Then one day the charger appeared as a gift and disappeared from the offer picture. I consider this a big rip-off to customers who got a mobile without a charger. I already have similar concerns about telephoto lens delivery. Even though that was the main reason for buying the mobile. I'm starting to get the impression that in my case it was false advertising.
