Miznerny firmware, constantly dropping the sound of one handset, practically unusable multipoint, two devices fighting for priority, always working something different than I need and there is no way to control it. You learn very quickly to put the headphones in the box and take them out again, because that's the only way to try to boot up the messed up FW.

TWS is pretty crappy, e.g. when moving songs forward, there is a short blackout, when the left earpiece stops playing a fraction of a second later and then starts again with a delay, creating quite unpleasant stereo effects - interference. The headphones just aren't synchronized well enough.

The app and controls are pretty complicated, 90% of the settings I don't use, but I have to wade through it, and I can't deactivate some gestures that when I manipulate the headset it then accidentally detects and I have to reset again.
