The vacuum cleaner itself is really great. It vacuums and wipes very well, it does not hit the furniture very hard. The big downside is the included manual and the Chinese mobile app. There are a lot of things in the manual to figure out or do completely differently - including the application instructions, which are not very specific. If a person clicks somewhere wrong a couple of times, he can accidentally subscribe for x hundred crowns a month that he will get a text message or a phone call when he finishes cleaning! But once you get the hang of the app and know where it's needed, the vacuum works great. You can set the number of vacuum cleanings per room and the amount of water used for mopping in the app. Despite the mentioned shortcomings, I am satisfied with the vacuum cleaner (the initial problems do not affect the further functioning).

I'm switching from Symbo. Controls are very similar. Probably less well tuned firmware in terms of laser vs bumper. For example, it has a problem with the finned heater - the bumper stops it, the vacuum cleaner turns but still jams the gap between the bumper and the body. It's making an incredible racket around the house. Same with the rail cap. Fortunately, no-go zones or virtual walls can be used. What I don't like/struggle with is the dust bin dumping system. It opens by squeezing the hard plastic. I think sooner or later it will either burst or stop being flexible enough to let go. But I'll be surprised. Enough people write about the huge bumping into things, I've only encountered that once. I've had 3 robotic vacuums. This one sucks the best. Maybe better than a conventional vacuum cleaner: ) Despite the above mentioned drawbacks, I am very happy with it and can definitely recommend it to anyone.
