I'm switching from the S20 ultra and it really shows. When I hold the S25 in my hand, it feels more "premium" than the S20. The frame with rounded corners is fine, overall processing ok. But it would be sad, for the price, if it wasn't. I also like the less glare on the display and the camera has moved on quite a bit too. Although I also attribute most of the improvements in shooting to the software and AI, which is a big underpinning of the system as a whole. It is very nimble and everything works as it should. Attempts to collaborate with Geminy are fun and we'll see if they develop AI with English support for more apps, but for now I'm just happy.
