Buying S25 instead of the old S20FE, which is out of support. Compared to the S20FE, the S25 looks absolutely luxurious. I recommend it to anyone looking for a compact phone with top hardware. Only the cable is included, the phone has an aluminum body, but in the hand it feels more valuable than the S25 Ultra with titanium. The dark blue color is beautiful, I don't understand that they don't put similar colors on the Ultra, where all the colors are bland and uninspired. The phone got quite warm during setup, so I'm curious how it will work in the summer: D

I'm switching from the Galaxy A52 5G, so the jump is really significant. It runs beautifully, the Snapdragon 8 Elite is a powerful processor. The phone is beautifully small and handles much better than the 6.5" pancake, and I was pretty scared of the transition. 25W charging is already a bit of an embarrassment in 2025. AI is not yet of much real use. Photos compared to the older one are great, but I haven't tested it properly yet. P. S.: I also bought the original case with an integrated loop to hold it in my hand. It is quite slippery on the sides and the phone is quite difficult to hold.
