I won't describe the classic things that have been described here many times. So device size, storage size, design, display, etc. I'll be comparing the S25 to the Samsung A52s I've had up until now. And it will be immediate first impressions, of course. The S25 is more compact and therefore has better one-handed usability. Obviously significantly faster SW and response to any instruction. Overall, it gives the impression of a more functional and more sophisticated whole, even though the sub-differences are not really significant, but they complement each other and the whole looks much better than the A52s. For me, the most important thing is how it works, not so much how it looks, which is why I don't even send any photos for the review: ). Functionally, however, it's a big shift that probably the 6 - 7 years that it has SW support will be enough to not have to change. And that's my goal, to keep my phone working and safe for as long as possible and to behave more responsibly and not change devices too often. Hopefully the S25 will do that well. Plus, it should reportedly be Samsung's last smaller phone. As a major positive I rate the fact that Samsung no longer manufactures in China and that is also one of the reasons why they deserve my money! I am aware that parts are certainly made in China.
Overall, it just works
Freedom
Compactness
The lookout will hopefully last for a very long time without the need for replacement
Good photos and videos
Samsung ecosystem with headphones etc. Immediate and simple functionality.
The essential thing. It's not made in China like all iPhones and almost everything else. For me, one of the most important things. Yes, I know the components will be from China.
The innards are still from China.
Apparently worse or even poor repairability (golden Fairphone. )
For me, great satisfaction. Every year I take advantage of the bonuses Samsung offers and I always change for the current model and even against the S24 I feel a noticeable improvement in the overall comfort of use. Of course, time will show all the pluses and minuses, but the first impression of using the phone is great and for me definitely thumbs up 👍

I too am switching from a Samsung s10e after almost 6 years and I am thrilled. While I was very happy with my former phone, there's really no comparison to the new S25 and this comparison is long to write about. All I can say is that the wait was worth it and I believe the new S25 will do me even better service for the next 7 years. I'm so glad I waited, plus the Navy color is gorgeous
The transition from the Samsung S10e is unmistakable. I have reservations about the phone. But nothing I didn't know before I bought the phone. I'm thrilled. What more can I write. There is no point in comparing s10e and s25: )
+ nice processing+ phone size+ 12 gb ram+ 512 gb internal memory+ better CPU compared to previous generation+ wifi 7+ fast reader+ wireless charging
- slow charging- no memory cards- no charger- weaker camera- small battery- price/performance
Overall, the Samsung Galaxy S25 256GB is a powerful smartphone with a number of improvements, but there aren't many innovations, considering its price.
Improved performance: The phone is equipped with the new Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset, which delivers higher performance and more efficient multitasking.
High-quality display: The 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display offers high resolution and brightness for a great visual experience.
Improved camera: The main 200Mpx camera provides more detailed images, while a new 50Mpx ultra-wide angle lens improves the quality of wide-angle photos.
Advanced AI features: The integration of artificial intelligence such as Gemini Assistant and generative photo editing features makes everyday use easier and more efficient.
Minimal design changes: The design has remained almost unchanged from previous models, which can look dated.
Remove Bluetooth support for the stylus: Bluetooth support has been removed from the stylus for better cooling, which limits some features such as remote control.

The new Samsung S series is a great phone in terms of price-performance ratio. But not much has changed from last year's model. The phone is thinner, lighter and has a stronger front glass, but the look remains the same. For me, important aspects like battery and camera remained unchanged. What is a big plus, however, is the performance of the phone, which has increased compared to last year's model thanks to the latest processor. If it weren't for the AI features, more powerful processor, and better photo and video logging, I'd probably get an older S24.

I'm switching from the S21 and it's a huge difference, everything is snappy, phone has decent battery life, super size, fits very well in the hand. The phone is no big "paddle". Nice design. The 25W max charging is a shame that Samsung kept it. Otherwise, overall, I recommend it.
High-quality display
Lots of new features compared to older models
12GB RAM
512GB is the best choice, I wouldn't want a smaller one
AI
Great camera
no charging adapter, but that's probably already common
It's a compact phone with flagship performance, which is rare these days as most phones are growing into giant sizes. It offers great processing and excellent performance that can handle multitasking and demanding games without problems. The cameras produce great images in daylight, but occasionally noise appears in low light. Battery lasts all day, wireless charging is a bit slower. AI is useful for improving photo quality, but it may be that its full functionality will require a subscription in the future, something that is not emphasized enough with Samsung.
High quality 120Hz AMOLED display
Compact size with flagship performance
Great multitasking and gaming results
Excellent daytime photography
Fast wired charging
AI to improve photo quality
Slower wireless charging
Noise when shooting in low light
AI is likely to be paid in the future

I unpacked the phone today, so only first impressions so far. Design-wise beautiful, one of the few things I've always liked more about APPLE phones and Samsung copied it quite successfully, so thumbs up. Perfect hand size, plus and ultra models are already terrible "paddles". as far as HW features are concerned, I think 12GB RAM on the base model super - I'm switching from the Galaxy S10, so z8.12GB. Definitely cool news is Snapdragon instead of Exynos. The only thing I'm really sorry about is the display. for example, even the old S10 had higher resolution, higher PPI etc, here it's really less music for more money. And I personally regret that the memory card option is cancelled, I was used to it, so I now chose the 512GB variant to "fit". The rest is primarily about artificial intelligence, so I will be able to evaluate it after a longer time. Anyway, a shift after 6 years will hopefully happen: )

I upgraded from a Galaxy S22, after 3 years, basically they are very similar phones in terms of size and design, the S25 is a few millimeters bigger, edgier, but feels lighter. Otherwise there is a noticeable shift in technology, the phone is faster, it responds basically instantly. Although a lot of people will argue that the cameras Samsung uses are still the same, I definitely see a shift there. Not big, but noticeable. I generally like Samsungs for their setup options when shooting. No iPhone will let you do that: -) And if someone criticizes the protruding cameras? So what? All the better phones have it.
pleasant processing
the cameras have shifted again
brisk
it comes without protective film, previously it was standard
charging could support more than 25W, but enough
