However, the approach of Alza itself makes me quite unhappy. It was the same this time. The mouse was 15 days late (on pre-order), a standard situation. However, "miraculously" it appeared in the shop ready for collection. You could tell from the box that it had been tampered with. And there was a sticker from the previous pickup. Upon opening, I was surprised by a used mouse. The slip guard was half removed, dust was already stuck on it. The mouse itself did not even bother to wrap in wrapping paper, the cable random smotan, tied with wire, quite casually. The acquisition rate was 58% - a real curiosity. I understand that with the "return within 14 days, no reason given) policy it can be unprofitable for the company, that this is a definite way out. However, I don't think it's very decent or fair to teach people, the customers. Just give the information, make it cheaper by that penny. Be transparent. If it was a gift for someone, surely that person would be disappointed. I like Alza on the whole, but it's a bit of an incentive to look around for competition sometimes.
