So after a year and a couple of months we are definitely returning the vacuum cleaner to Alza and I believe that they will meet us in the complaint. The vacuum cleaner has already been serviced twice - it still writes error messages about the flashlight not being in place, while it is properly inserted and also spills waste on the ground after vacuuming (all filters and tubes are cleaned). The service and packing and cleaning have cost me so much energy and time that the mopping and self-cleaning brushes I bought it for have lost their meaning for me. The battery life is also not much and the need to replace expensive cards every 6 months is not much.
