the product works reliably within the limits of what can be set, I use it with HD23 thermostatic heads, which are the only ones on my (fairly standard) heater that work as they should (I tested Tesla and Evolveo brands, and EOB heads were the only ones I didn't return)

the app design and UX - it's a reminiscence of the 90s, confirmation buttons are not on the right, cancel buttons are not on the left, menus change according to context, so you have to click through it all before you find out what it can do

room and element names do not support diacritics

what I find the worst - you can't set the program (or I haven't figured out how after a long time, I work in IT) in bulk for several days, so what you set for Monday, you have to manually set again for Tuesday, etc. But it can be set directly on the head with the buttons.

adding and managing elements is under password protected "admin mode" - why on earth?
